Russ "bad weather" did indeed happen in CA but I think that is a preposterous argument for NV and AZ.

They took an excuse for one market and acted as if it applied to all 3

I can't speak for SoCal, but the weather in AZ has been unbelievably bad since January....record amounts of rain (which we needed due to the Western drought). For example, the main reservoir for Phoenix (at Lake Roosevelt) is at near record levels. Not to make excuses for MDC (they do all right at that all by themselves, LOL) but it has been pretty unseasonable here, and SoCal's probably been similar.
