This is one of those polls that doesn't really tell you very much as it really depends on the particulars as to whether someone would be willing to use nukes. As a blanket statement, Would you use nukes to defend america? Of course the general answer to such a general question is going to be yes. Ask a more specific question and you'll get a much better indication about peoples willingness to use nukes. How about..."We know where Bin Laden is and we could use a nuke to take him out. The cost in american lives will be less than ten. Will you use the nuke? How about..."We know where Bin Laden is and we could use a nuke to take him out.
