Even some mangement is blown away on how ridiculous things have gotten. They see a downturn but it is like that Aunt or Uncle no one wants to talk about.

I forgot to mention as you have the interest only ARMs that go negative AM. No why would someone want that? Grrrrrrrrr.

Get gold hopping this year with some successful drill holes and yes I will do the job change.
