U.S. willingness capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war. Develop the delusion that total disarmament by the U.S. would be demonstration of moral strength. Push free trade between all nations regardless whether arms could be used for war. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet Satellites. Provide U.S. aid to all . Grant recognition of PRC with admission to the UN. Set up East & West Germany as separate states. Prolong the conference to ban atomic tests because the U.S. has agreed to suspend tests as negotiations are in progress. Allow all Soviet Satellites representation in the UN. Present the UN as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a ONE-WORLD government with its own independent armed force. Resist any attempt to outlaw the communist party. Do away with loyalty oaths. Continue to give Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office. Capture one or both political parties of U.S. They already got the Democrats... Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights. Get control of schools. Use them for socialism and current communist propaganda. Gain control of all student newspaper. Use student riots to forwent public protests against programs or organizations which are under communist attacks. Infiltrate press, TV, radio. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV and motion pictures. Continue degrading American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. Gotta love that rap music! Control art critics, directors of art museums: our plans are to promote ugliness, repulsiveness, meaningless art. Gotta love modern art and Robet Mapelthorpe! Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and violation of free speech and free press. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography in books, magazines, motion picture. Hollywood is a great bunch eh? Present homosexuality, degeneracy, promiscuity as normal, natural, healthy. Notice even the communists secretly call homosexuality degeneracy. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. I take this to mean replace with unrevealed, hidden or "mystery" religion which of course is Witchraft. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious" crutch. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in schools. Discredit the American constitution by calling it inadequate, out of date. Discredit American founders. Present then as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the common man. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history. Support all socialist movements to give centralized control over any part of the culture – education – social agencies – welfare programs – health clinics, etc. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the communist apparatus. Eliminate the house un-American activities. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI. Infiltrate and gain control of big business. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to special agencies. Treat all behavior problems as psychiatric disorders. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose communist goals. Scary. Discredit the family as an institution: encourage promiscuity and easy divorce. Emphasize the need to take children from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices and mental health to suppress influence of parents. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate special interest groups should rise up and use a "United Force" to solve political or social problems. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government. Internationalize the Panama Canal. Jimmy Carter just might be a Communist! Utilize the sexes. Stress equality, take away the masculinity of men and meld the roles of the sexes as one. Emphasize the importance of sex, sports and trivia. Get the populace concentrating on everything besides the issues that are really fundamental to the society as a whole. Control and eventually disarm the populace: The general populace must not have firearms. Schumer, Feinstein, Boxer, Rosie O'Donnell, Sarah Brady just might all be Communists. Discredit and ridicule elected leaders over the most mundane and petty issues. Concentrate the goals of success in material not in the success of the family structure, home and church or the "core" that makes up the traditional American background. Present everything in opposites. Abolish capital punishment. Lock court decisions in a technical morass so that the guilty go free.
