Probably spend the next 7 years in juvenile hall and be released when he turns 21.

That's what happened to the 11 and 12 year olds in the school shooting several years ago, when 1 teacher and 3 kids were killed. Makes me sick. The loaded gun was probably his parents'. I bet they didn't keep it locked up either.

Actually, in the news I heard that his Dad noticed the missing weapon and was frantically notifying all the authorities he could find. I dont know any facts in this case but I am not ready to blame the parents. In fact, if anyone is to blame its this permissive society we live in today. I have friends who teach lower grades in school and they tell me its more like overseeing a mad house. A teacher cannot discipline or even scold a child for fear of parents going to the school board. jdn

Not that it would have help this driver

The story seems to be she kicked him off the bus for acting up, and he showed up at the bus stop and shot her. That's a "lighting strike."
