Yes "probably". A very good word. The Us has "probably" executed innocent people. The chances are very good. So unless you think ALL those people were guilty, after reading about them, I suggest to you that there have been people executed for crimes they did not commit. I think it is amazingly optimistic to think the US, with all the mistakes made in the application of justice, has not executed innocent men. So how many innocent men are you willing to execute to keep the death penalty, hypothetically speaking?
