So it's pretty much the position I was contemplating when looking at the $5 calls and $7.50 puts? And a straddle would be calls and puts at the same strike price, right?

I've never had a stock run on me after I'd shorted it but I know the feeling. In fact I was chatting on MSN with some SI friends when the feeling hit me.

I'd just clicked the sell button to close a call position on JNPR with a small profit then suddenly was typing in the MSN window something like "WTF?!? The bid sizes on EVERYTHING on my screen just went to all nines!!!".

Greenie had timed a surprise rate drop to coincide with my sell order. I just know it. He was monitoring my screen and thinking to himself "Wait for it... Wait for it... Now! 'Ahem! We're dropping 50 basis points. Enjoy!' Oh, yeah. Got him good! Wish he'd been short though." <g>
