Hi Jill, Some excellent points there, though the conspiracy insinuation is arguable. Still, BIIB and their management especially clearly are the winners----for now, anyway. Personally, I think this is hardly the end of it. I think we'll see an SEC investigation anyway, and shareholder class action lawsuits. This person is certainly not the only one that feels this way. For these reasons, I think BIIB is an excellent long term short candidate. I am still long BIIB, but will close the position soon and then I'll be lying in wait for BIIB to rally into resistance. And that's where I'll short it. And I'll be very patient, too. BIIB is dead money for 2 years IMHO, maybe much longer. This is just the beginning of BIIB's troubles. T
