Condor, I'm told by someone who spoke with SN's IR today that the deal is done. The delay is due to a shareholder filing a complaint with BCSC regarding whether the coal was reserves or resources. Even though this was pretty clear to everyone else. So SN had to go through some hoops and issue Tuesday's press release basically restating the history of the deposits. Also, BCSC asked SN to clarify something from last quarter's financial report, which they did Wednesday. Next comes the announcement of the deal, as I am told. I don't know if that means this week or next week, just that everything is now in order for that to happen.
