You never know who is really responsible. And Americans have very little understanding about any of this stuff. Over the past year, I've asked dozens of people what they can tell me about "false flag" operations. Almost to a person, they have never heard the expression and have no concept of what this deception consists of. The American public, even dedicated anti-establishment types are like a herd of school-children when it comes to the world of espionage, government black ops, secretive cabals and state terror.
