"... that's investment. Social Security is insurance." I guess you haven't been reading the memos either. Don't mention that SSI is insurance, people think about insurance differently. Don't mention privatization, that term hasn't done well in focus groups, call it "personalization". In fact, if someone says you are in favor of "privatization" threaten them with a slander suit. Funds will be provided for this, it is an important issue. Oh yes, if accused of "rape", point out it wasn't rape, just non-consensual sex. This phrase has done well in focus groups...
