Then look out below, a market collapse.

Think about this inflationary train wreck in a world of massive debt. The world cannot afford this commodity inflation and it is calling for a worldwide collapse to insue, late 2005 and 2006.

I wonder if we will someday have a credit market
with disparate and varying rates across the country

in coastal spec-driven cities like Boston, NYCity, Miami, Seattle
they have higher rates to discourage further speculation
(add in Chicago, Denver)

in central cities like St Louis, Dallas, Nashville, Roanoke, Kansas City, Provo, Boise, Oklahoma City, Cleveland, Minneapolis, etc
they have lower rates to supply actual businesses
