What's changed is 9/11. Scared people go to extremes.

Yeah to craziness!

Having said that, to think that 1/4 of people polled think it's ok to use nukes is scary indeed. That's 1/4 too many. I wonder who we'd use it on? There are no clear targets and none we can truly say are an eye for an eye. Any target would be killing the 99% innocent to get the 1%.

Right now I am not feeling real proud of those Americans who believe nukes are the answer. They need to grow up and understand that terrorism is a way of life in this world......unfortunately. I am waiting for this nation to come to its senses instead of acting like so many hang wringing pansies.

Anyway, one thing is for sure. The news media makes a big deal out of the Arab and Muslim street and how the world needs to pay attention to them. What they don't pay as much attention to is the American street. Awaken that giant and make them angry and the whole world has a real problem.

I've got news for you! The world already does see America as a problem. The backlash is developing.......there are a number of ways to skin a cat.....and a superpower.
