It's about time the VP of the United States began taking his constitutional role as president of the Senate seriously again. The RETARD WARD that the Senate has become is because they have had no leadership for well over a century. It boggles the mind to realize that BOB DOLE was once considered "in charge" of the US Senate. It simply boggles the mind.
