I have to rush so will scan your post quickly. The margins I listed are on A+ paper.

The subprime loans have margins that are usaull 4.50-7. Some very healthy margins. <ng> Mostly 5.25 I would guess at. They do very by credit score.

Subprime rates seem to have fallen along with the regular market rates. In general and no real data to back it up I would say an average subprime starter rate would be between 6-7.5 %. for the time periods you asked about in 03 or early 04. No real reason for a lot of subprime to start lower than that. Ramsu su may know.
