Haim, Good logic. There's nothing wrong with your points nor your post. Was just offering some friendly suggestion to be careful. Am not sure how to interpret some of the bubbled appreciation over there (for example, is it a bubble or simply a shift due to the entry into Western style economy with an accompanied currency boost), so that translated into my mind as caution, and I learned the hard way during the big hightech bubble to be careful about sudden appreciation, where sometimes even good investments with sound logic, may experience price appreciation that could make it challenging.
