Seriously? 40 minutes outside of Charlotte. Or 40 minutes outside if Charleston, WV.

Just pencil in 100sq ft for however much mansion you want.

You put up the cash, we can probably flip it out to Pulte in 2 years at 100%. I'll do the locating. <g?>
