My own view is that nothing I have seen on SI comes close in the quality of the discussions, but I am probably biased :-) The above statement, insulting people(in this case, participants of these bio threads here at SI) where there are hundreds of years of combined experience is not helpful to ingratiate oneself ... It’s my understanding that iHub has purchased SI and plans to integrate SI into the iHub fold in due course. So, technically, we are all the same family. In the meantime, I’ve been told by many posters and lurkers that the board where I generally post (the destination of those tinyurl’s) is second to none in biotechland. Consequently, that’s where I plan to stay for the most part. My own view is that nothing I have seen on SI comes close in the quality of the discussions, but I am probably biased :-) I find it amusing that you will not spend a precious moment to chase down one of my links. Perhaps that tells me all I need to know. 1. We just sort of hang out and invest, knowing and respecting each other. We (1) have very diverse styles and opinions, (2) make independent investment decisions, and (3) have no obligation to impress you. 2. You hold us in such low esteem, and yet you obcessively seek our attention. 3. You insult and bait my good friends. 4. Thass nice.
