Sounds like my unruly Beagle. AROOOOON ... AROOON. Little sucker has been wicked today. He sticks his nose up in the air .. runs around in a circle .. and HOWLS at the Smells he finds floating in a 10mph wind. He won't come in. He just wants to BAYYYYY at everything today. I'm waiting for the neighbors to have a fit. Cruelty to Animals .. do they have a Hot Line? Food is not an option for him even. It's not enticing.
