Yes, that is becoming the message.

In the case of Byrd, he simply MENTIONS Hitler's strategy
(while not directly relating it to that of the Administration)
and the critics are howling for an apology.

I take my hat off to Byrd for continuing to speak out.

Very few of the Democrats are so doing, or if they are, it is
NOT being reported (which is another way of stifling free speech).
