What I am saying is that they don't warrant the death penalty. An individual who took it upon himself to hand out 15 death penalties for his own enjoyment does not warrant the death penalty? What do you think it warrants? A life he denied 15 victims and their families? What is wrong with you? I have said repeatedly on this thread I don't believe in the death penalty. That goes for teenagers as well as adults. I believe locking the door and throwing away the key can be just as punitive as killing someone without pulling a trigger. The person spends the rest of their life living with the guilt with what they have done.
