Funny you would send that to me. Spent a lot of my time as a child in Taft. Worked in Bakersfield as Operations Manager. The problem is oilfield work in CA is looked upon almost as farm labor. Nobody wants to do it, even if the pay is good. And as the guy said he can't find very many people who can pass a drug test in CA....I had the same problem...we would get about 1 in 10 that passed....and the ones that did pass usually quit after a job or two....what? Work all night long? Know Taft High School well. Both my parents went there. Grandparents are buried there as well. Two sisters live there<g> Wayne
