You are right...The United States has NOT been even-handed in the way it supports (and pressures) Israel...This has been counter-productive and helped fuel Anti-Americanism in The Middle East. We actually have made the terrorism and WMD proliferation problems worse. The U.S. should have been willing to apply some "tough love" to both Israel AND to the Palestinians in an equal and balanced way...IMO, in the last 4 years we have gone backwards. -s2
