I decided to see what PIMCO has really been doing for me. It's hard to do because I have put money into it nine times with widely varying amounts, on dates ranging from 15 December 2003 until 4 August 2004. With reinvested dividends, I have 16.6% more than I have put into it. If you judge that my average holding period for all my purchases is about eight months, I suppose I have an annualized return of something over 20%. This looks puny compared to what I have done with Energy Split, Canadian Oil Sands Trust, and some other things, but is about in line with what I hoped for.

The stock charts on Yahoo do not show reinvested dividends, which in the case of PCRDX are good.
