I've been away on a trip, so haven't been a participant in the discussion the last few days.

Here's where I stand:

I'm more than happy if DewDiligence chooses to participate here, and I have no particular objection to his modest commercial. I don't see it as a zero-sum game - discussion in one spot doesn't detract from that in another. Different boards have different styles and people gravitate to wherever they feel most comfortable.

DewDilligence_on_SI is right in saying:

>>how [can] you judge the quality of something you have not examined.

I took the bait and read 200-300* of the most recent posts here:

investorshub.com

So here are my comments and grades:

Scope of biotech coverage - C
Civility of posters - A
Quality of posters - B
First hand reporting of CC - F
Science Focus - F
Analysis/Comentary on Science - F
Trading Orientation - B**
Reposting of news items - B
Postings on regulatory matters - A*

I did see some overlap between the fine posters on SI and the IH site.

Like DD, I too have a bias (mine favoring SI) though I tried to be even handed in the grading.

* This small sample size will necessarily limit the validity of come of the grading so "*" is added where that is particularly true.

** SI has the momo and TA threads which offer those interested in trading considerable help.
