Yeah, I am sure all those new iPodsters who got units for xmas haven't let them collect any dust. One thing... we haven't seen AAPL raise guidance, and that has become something of a tradition. Not sure what to make of that.... I can't see that revenues could be slowing, especially since analysts are raising guidance, in fact an upgrade yesterday was accompanied by guidance exceeding consensus.

This is interesting, from the wires on Thursday:

Apple selloff due to Napster guidance overblown -- Needham & Co. (AAPL) 42.42 -1.70 : We talked to Charles Wolf, analyst with Needham & Co., about Apple's stock selloff today following music rival Napster's raised revenue guidance. While Wolf owns Apple shares personally, he provided the following noteworthy perspective: NAPS raised guidance by $1 mln. AAPL sells 1.3 mln songs a day. He calls the selloff, "absolute nonsense," noting that most analysts who are positive on AAPL have recently raised PTs and estimates for the stock, and that some traders are looking for an "excuse" to short it.
