Who is going to buy all these 5,000 sq ft homes when us boomers get too old to take care of them? Don't tell me the cleaning staff from Cuba is paid enough to give you a profit when you sell. :)

Maybe if FL keeps its taxes at zero, the next generation will come from states that tax but will they want to buy used?

I'd lower the price and sell'm fast as I could... so the banks own'm not me.
