FYI and FWIW....quote from a TA textbook:

"..one thing.....worth noting about H&S formations which fail of completion or produce false confirmations........A H&S which does not "work" is a warning that, even though there is still some life in the situation, a genuine turn is near. The next time something in the nature of a reversal pattern begins to appear on the charts it is apt to be final."

Re BKX...case can be made that it "failed of completion" due to small, non-decisive break below neckline.....

PS.. Words "hound/hounded" nowhere to be seen.....Cheers on a sunny....if freezing....Saturday afternoon....<G>
