He has changed his mind on the basis that too much orderly information is discernible in DNA. Others define Biology as "the study of things that "appear" to be designed" They appear to be designed because they are designed. Any honest examination of the evidence reveals that this is obvious. Not liking the moral implications that humans are creatures who have a Creator is not a good reason to deny the obvious. This is precisely what Paul said was the true problem with Humanity; not that they do not have enough information, but that they actively suppress the knowledge that they do have.
