I know a lot of folks have been saying it for a while, but I think the end of the run in real estate is here. God have mercy on those buying right now and even more mercy on those acquiring properties in order ot make a killing. They will no doubt wish they hadn't.

Back when we first bought our rental properties I couldn't believe people would rent them from us at the rent we were charging when they could have bought them and paid about half as much per month. Now I can't believe investors want to buy my rental properties at the price they are now for the rents we can get! People aren't particularly good at figuring out the TVM and opportunity cost. They always want to put their money in the last best place to put it and shun what will turn out to be the next great return.
