... if USD stays up, which may well be the case, interest rate stays down, the reach for yield may go extreme, benefiting canroys; as for inflation, other assets may have better chance of rising high and staying high than housing, which requires monthly payments, at whatever interest rate, still payments, unless 100% of mortgage goes 'interest-only', in which case we are in another style of gaming.
