Rainy works

age is truly all relative

I adore my Aunt - she was the oldest and has outlived her entire generation [85]

she is bright, active, daring, a rebel

she bred, showed and raised cocker spaniels becoming the premier cocker kennel, setting the standard [a legend as a tiny little one woman operation]

took up horse back riding [dressage] in her late 50's - went competitive, owned a race horse

she never gave up on the riding lessons, improving, tweaking out her technique, continued challenging herself

a car whizzed off the road during one of her rides, the horse reared up she flew off and broke her back, ending her riding career in her 70's

so, she took up stained glass and again went 110% becoming a true artist with glass

what a role model

fit, trim, bright, articulate, warm, caring, charming, giving, beautiful, cutting edge

I can only hope I got even a little bit of her genes

I'm retired, but I'm not yet 55, oh no. 'Course I'm 43 going on 70 most days. Dang warranty issues.
