while we'r on the subject of TEXAS CORPORATIONS. I would like to take this opportunity for my little rant.....AND I GUESS>....if anybody on this gods green earth has the power to throw TEXAS CORPORATIONS out of California STATE AFFAIRS.....aka EDS....Please....I beg of u.....Use the nuclear option...I recently wrote all the senators and assembly men i could fiind.....ASKING THEM TO REVAMP the CALIFORNIA MEDI CAL SYSTEM....administrated by EDS.....AN antiquated (PAPER) system developed in the DARK AGES....(about 1986)*20 YEARS HELLO*..(I think our technology has progressed beyond line item entry of hand written forms...mailed by snail mail ....on a unix box desinged to protect the state worker's job...BUT i digress)...AND i beg of you....With every ounce of BEGGING i can muster....PLEASE THROW THE CALIFORNIA (FEDERAL) Medi Cal System out the door and ON IT'S EAR....and start over...(It is a horribly convoluted (PAPER)system that is designed to protect the state jobs that it supports).....Let Blue cross administrate it or something....AND THEN u hv the gall to ask why MEDICAL costs are so high....WELL i could prob eleiminate 100 STATE jobs for u if u really want the answer to that question.....Thank u.
