I win that I'll give my wife this house, buy the one across the road, tear it down and build the house I designed. 1,800 sq ft and has no hallways, no reason to use the basement other than tornadoes and as a workshop, no carpet, no tub and shower things, big walk in shower, no women or dogs or cats.
