Unbelievable! No wonder Rummie said you come with the army you came with. They spend the defense budget on $1000 toilet seats and shortchange the guys fighting the war.

So we should slash the defense budget but at the same time we are short changing our soldiers on pay and critical equipment. I suppose they will all get a lot more money and equipment if we cut the defense budget it half...
