The flypaper theory looked hopeful there until I read the article and saw that very few are taking the opportunity to join Islamic Jihad in Iraq to fight off the infidels. I imagined hordes leaving Europe and going to Iraq [and maybe Afghanistan]. Sadly, no.

I thought the article was positive in what it didn't say.

Since a high percentage of the extremists have to be recruited outside of Iraq, as foreigners, they should be easy for Iraqis to spot and report.
