We here in Finland mainly have fun with the Swedes.. However, one reason is that they actually sometimes make some sense, although not very often.. For example, their educational system and their funny election system. That is, list-based. Although that is almost perfect for Iraq, considering the danger of assassinations for andidates, one would think sweden would not use that as their present excuse. OK, they are somewhat busy changing their system for elections. Btw, without getting into the details, sweden has been incapable of forming a common-sense party of moderates. What is worse, they do not seem to have achieved much luck in their election-system-reforms. The only party who managed to (ab)use the latest reform was one funny anti-abortion party. However, their domestic struggle continues. PPS Just ask (almost) any swede, and he-she will testify to their problems in education

I thought USA got happier with Dali, or at least after that military entered in Tampa, after they had been governed by some Chicago and Cuban, Colombian guys, even the Banana ones?? daliweb.tampa.fl.us Me spent some years close to Tampa.. They are also famous for having the most unproportional and unrepresentative district in modern history. Only 7% represented, although that was before the knowledge of the dangling and pregnant chads. (However, there are districts were only 6% vote) Bless them all, at least I learned that the port of Tampa was a funny place, coffee or cocain imports, inspection of furrein containers was funny.. (now their corporate business seems to have changed)
