This seems like a fair and less biased post and imagine I agree with all that is written here. So many TAKES on the situation and everyone wanting to build on the facts... It is an unfortunate event. The man who shielded her is (was)considered to be Italy's James Bond. It was he who had negotiated many of the releases of other prisoners from the Terrorists... There is a feeling in Italy that many of their people do not want the 3000 troops serving there to be there. This event could fuel the anti American feeling... That is why anything International is damaging. I think we need to have a better impression of us in the world...
