I've noticed another thing about statistics. Even if you go through the trouble of tracking down a particular statistic and start to track it, my observation is that they regularly change the way the statistic is tabulated. Or they change the area Any change that takes away the meaningfulness of backwards data comparisons will do. If I didn't know better I'd think there was a conspiracy to keep people in the dark.
