It is very hard for me to take seriously an argument that Clinton was a federalist. The very first social program he attempted to enact was universal health insurance.

Bush isn't one, either, though. "No Child Left Behind" is about as far from federalism as you can get.

BTW, I recently saw "Support Our Troops" magnets which pass some of the profit to the USO.
