the market is saying the trial is not going to be successful Perhaps looking back for the last couple of months the price action has not been that good, however, if you draw a trendline going back to the poor earnings release in August up to Fridays close it is still slightly positive. IMHO the option activity on Friday trumps the recent price activity. If this price does not hold here though we could be in trouble. One more note, if what you think is true about the range on approval (18 on good news 6 on bad news) at the current price that would give us a 3:1 risk to reward ratio, good enough for me! Speakiing of binary events, still anxiously awaiting the CTIC Xyotax outcome, presumably this week Yeah, I've got a pretty large position in this too. Regards, Chris
