I would argue to keep the time frame the same on both, if possible. With the settings you have used MCAD, you have the results you see. You can use different settings to arrive with different results. ie have the settings cover 30 periods instead of 12? At that point you have a market that has topped and is heading south. However, a high is a high and a low is a low. On those two charts the points that you have used are very clear turning points. Here is a nice little one on the daily chart: ttrader.com
