Illegal drug money goes to the worst of people.

I think that was the argument for the state getting into gambling..."to clean up the industry".

Hey maybe it's time to regulate drugs and prostitution too. I think revenues from these activities also go to the "worst people". Time for the state to save the day.

If the drugs weren't illegal, would the money STILL go to "the worst of people"?

Does money for beer, wine, and hard liquor now go to "the worst of people"? It did during Prohibition.

Maybe gov't isn't the solution here; maybe it's the problem.
