Searle,

Sorry, the hologram lunatics and people suggesting smaller planes are pretty much both on the lunatic fringe.

Let's try to stick to facts, shall we?

And the fact is that the 9/11 Commission report is the most vulnerable house-of-cards that the bulk of Americans can be convinced to be a complete whitewash and a cover-up of the government's crimes.

You will note that the Popular Mechanics Magazine article does not try to examine the hundreds of questions that the Kean-Zelikow Report failed to address. No, what the PM article does is to attack the weakest and most preposterous of the crackpot arguments raised in the "smaller planes" "pod people" and "hologram" theories.

Steering clear of crackpot fantasies is crucial if the 9/11 Truth Movement is to maintain and grow in credibility.

OK, you may now revert to your "armchair sleuth" mode. But please don't expect cockamamie speculations to go unchallenged in this fora. <smile>

Re: I brought nothing of the sort.

Just to be certain that I wasn't mistaken, I went back and reviewed the website which sparked this recent series of posts:

home.debitel.net

In fact, this website is making the claim that "(p)ossibly first the explosions of the South Tower was filmed and after that plane movements were added in".

This is a variation on the ridiculous hologram theories, Searle. This is the website you presented to us. I reacted to this ludicrous crap in an appropriate fashion, i.e. with total derision.
