I didn't check with the land lord before making improvements. My policy is that if you don't ask, you haven't been told 'No', and the default answer to what ever I like or want is 'YES'. It's a moderated thread. Although I have never banned anyone from one of my threads that option is always open. I declare things in the open because I like transparency... the foggy kind ... when you are inside everything is visible but outsiders just see a dense cloud. ... transparency that isn't.
