<The County of Watauga is almost sold out >

Would you like to look down on Stonecliff? Buy 300 adjoining acres?

This part of the Country still has to take off. Winters are just severe and with rising utility prices it seems doubtful that there will be a real estate boom there

Sounds like the ideal summer retreat for weary folks from Florida and Gulf Coast markets to escape humidity hell, hurricanes, overpopulation and having to learn spanish. If it keeps going this way more and more of us will move up there as the years go by and just escape to the subtropics in the winter.
