maybe we have entered into that commodity driven index rally leading to a peak (i mentioned this before), maybe not. but the two dumb money mantras out there have to cave in at some point (my guess is sometime this year)... 1. housing never goes down. 2. there is no real inflation. If not just buy a house and you'll be rich in a few years.

and doing a 5 year ago scan of the market indexes, i think it is interesting to note that, imo, Alan Greenspan will have overseen two historical blowoff market peaks within 5 years! How these asset bubbles can be deemed as healthy for the economy i have no clue. i guess when in doubt read the two mantras... lol. You know uncle Alan used to be an Ayn Rand sycophant, espousing the virtues of the gold standard decades ago. but his tenure as FED chief has been increasingly one of a great pumper and printer. History will note the irony when the final score is tabulated. -g-
