Ted, CBS did not lie.....they relied on a bad source for their information. No one is buying the "fake but true" excuse. CBS smelled smoke but couldn't find the fire, so they sparked one themselves, only to be caught with the lighter in hand. No need to tell me that CBS was snookered. Even with the proof of forgery right in front of them, they stood by their story until public pressure forced them into a mea culpea. And you talk as if Delay were the standard of honesty and decency in this country. In fact, he is just the opposite. I never said anything about Delay's honesty or lack thereof. Both an honest person and a dishonest person is equally likely to be peeved at CBS's stunt. Tenchusatsu
