I.e. the system as envisioned by the Help America Vote Act of 2002 is consciously designed to make fraud easier, rather than more difficult.> Sure one can skew the results of polling and sampling...but the basic science stood the test...which predicted a 50-50 race...and that is what we got. If you took the average of polls...it pointed to a very close election. Orca
