Yes, but there is a significant difference between abu Ghraib and using chemical weapons. Abu Ghraib was hidden away. I can't imagine anyone in the US military would risk the use of chemical weapons making the light of day.

As an aside, it kills me that the name of that prison.......the father of Ghraib. A weird name for a prison.

Even if allegedly legal riot agents were used, if they were dispersed in such concentrations as to cut off the air supply then all in the area would have died anyway of suffocation.
